We recently had the privilege of working with Cresent Fine Furniture to create three promotional videos for their new lines of furniture: Corliss Landing, Hampton and Hudson. Cresent is based in Gallatin, Tennessee, and they have a showroom in downtown High Point for the biannual furniture market.
Cresent clearly sets itself apart in the furniture industry by creating high quality furniture that is very attractive as well as very functional. For example, many of their lines contain storage drawers that are integrated into the bed frame, sliding jewelry trays, and cedar bottoms in some of the drawers.
Another way Cresent sets itself apart from its competition is their use of video to communicate their unique selling proposition to customers. They know that video is the most effective way for them to show the beauty and features of their new furniture lines to prospective buyers. After finding Morrison Video Productions through a Google search, Richard Tomkins, owner and Director of Sales and Marketing, contacted us to discuss their new promotional videos project. We shot the footage in March and had all three videos produced and delivered within a week. The Cresent sales team will use them to create interest in the new furniture lines before the spring furniture market, and this will certainly increase their traffic during the event. This gives them a considerable advantage over the other furniture manufacturers.
